Applications are now open for Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) postdoctoral fellowships 2024 . MSCA postdoctoral fellowships harness the creative and innovative potential of researchers who hold doctorates and wish to acquire new skills through advanced training, international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility. MSCA postdoctoral fellowships are open to excellent researchers of any nationality.
The scheme also encourages researchers to work on research and innovation projects in the non-academic sector and is open to researchers wishing to reintegrate into Europe, those displaced by conflict, as well as high-potential researchers looking to restart their careers in research.
Budget
- A budget of 417.18 million euros is available.
Eligibility
- European postdoctoral fellowships are open to researchers of any nationality who wish to take part in R&I projects, coming to Europe from any country in the world or travelling within Europe. The standard duration of these grants should be between 12 and 24 months.
- Global postdoctoral fellowships are open to European citizens or long-term residents who wish to participate in R&I projects with organisations outside the EU Member States and countries associated with Horizon Europe. These fellowships require an outgoing phase of a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months in a non-associated third country, and a compulsory return phase of 12 months to a host organisation based in an EU member state or a country associated with Horizon Europe.

- Apply as an organisation : you can submit a proposal for an open funding call on behalf of your organisation or consortium
- Apply for funding and post-doctoral positions
- develop and submit a proposal for an open call for postdoctoral fellowships together with your host organisation
- apply for post-doctoral positions funded by MSCA projects
- Apply for doctoral positions funded by MSCA projects
