Deadline: 15 March 2024

Applications are now open for the Oskar Morgenstern Scholarship 2024-2025 . The Oskar Morgenstern Fellowship is a competitive one-year fellowship programme awarded to graduate students trained in quantitative methods who are pursuing doctoral programmes at any university in various fields, including economics, political science and sociology.

The aim of this scholarship is to expose students to strategies for using quantitative techniques to explore key issues and themes advanced in the Austrian, Virginia and Bloomington schools of political economy. Oskar Morgenstern Fellows will spend two weekends and half a week during the academic year participating in colloquia at these three schools of political economy. The fellows will join a network of Mercatus students, alumni and academics who are conducting and engaged in cutting-edge research in contemporary political economy.
