Applications are now open for the Impact Toolbox Youth in Development Fellowship 2024 . The Youth in Development Boot Camp and Fellowship provide young people from all over the world with the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development. Most of the programme's alumni have gone on to create viable, high-impact social enterprises that are transforming the socio-economic landscapes of their communities.

Benefits
- All applicants will have access to the Impact Strategy Course on the Impact Toolbox platform.
- The selected fellows will be enrolled in two online courses worth US$ 1,000. Through these courses, scholars will learn how to develop a theory of change, a business model, a minimum viable product (MVP), a financial model, a market entry strategy, tell compelling stories, develop effective business plans and present sales pitches to investors. Scholars will receive a certificate of completion for the two online courses.
- The selected fellows will take part in an intensive three-day training programme, offering practical perspectives and inspiration from talented social entrepreneurs. The boot camp offers special networking sessions designed to expand the network through interaction. These sessions stand out as a major highlight within the scholarship programme, providing valuable opportunities for connection and collaboration.
- Impact Toolbox's Venture Development Award offers capital-free financial support ranging from US$ 500 to US$ 2,500. It is designed to empower exceptional Youth in Development fellows by providing them with the means to advance their projects and products. Fellows are required to present a well-defined plan for revenue generation, a commitment to addressing social issues, innovation and the potential for substantial social impact.

- Demonstrated interest in starting a social enterprise and a career in the social sector;
- Having an idea or initiative for social change;
- Be between 19 and 35 years old by the enrolment deadline;
- From anywhere in the world;
- Be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English;
- Be available to carry out all the activities of the scholarship.
