Every year SAWISE awards the Angus Scholarship and the eligibility criteria include:

• A black sub-Saharan woman
• You must have achieved 70% or more in your final years of study.
• Strictly for studies at Honours level (or equivalent to 4th year, e.g. in engineering) at a South African University
• In any field of science and engineering.

*Preference will be given to South African candidates. The successful candidate must become an active member of SAWISE.

Once you have completed the form, send the following documents by e-mail to sawise.scholarships@gmail.com using your name as the subject of the e-mail.

• CV
• An official academic transcript (registration)
• Certified copy of your ID
• Proof of acceptance for 2023 (if already accepted)
