The Gratitude Network Fellowship Programme is a free 1-year programme for non-profit leaders and their organisations anywhere in the world. The programme builds leaders' confidence and capabilities and provides tools and processes to expand the organisation's impact. Each year, Gratitude Network conducts a global search for established, social impact leaders who demonstrate a proven organisational model serving children and youth committed to leadership growth and ready to take their organisation to the next level.

ELIGIBILITY
The Gratitude Network Scholarship Programme is for both the leader of the organisation and its development. Applicants and the organisation must meet the eligibility requirements below.
- Organisation; Non-profit, not-for-profit, NGO organisation, at least two years old, Must have at least two full-time employees (including the applicant), Beneficiaries must be primarily children/youth and served in one of the following categories: Education, Health and Wellbeing, Children's Rights and Ready to scale and expand the organisation's impact
- Candidate/Leader; Has strategic decision-making power for the organisation, Committed full-time to the organisation, Ready and interested in leading the organisation through scaling and expanding impact and Adhere to the time and calendar commitments of the Gratitude Network Fellowship Programme.
