- Commitment: Up to 3 hours per week
Election criteria
The programme is open to investment professionals , from the entire African continent and promotes synergies between regions . We will pay special attention to achieving gender parity in the programme.
Candidates will be selected according to these criteria:
- Already working in PE/VC/Private Debt (or works in Finance and wants to start a career in this sector)
- Working with the African continent
- English speaker (fluent)
- 2 to 6 years' experience in PE/VC/Private Debt
- Available to attend the programme: approximately 2/3 hours per week
