The AWS Startup Loft Accelerator is a capital-free programme focused on supporting early-stage startups in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with technology, product development, market entry advice and preparation for funding.
The 10-week virtual programme allows startups to maximise the value of AWS by providing AWS technology resources, validate their business by industry leaders, access investors and accelerate their time to market. The structure of the programme is based on four pillars crucial to the success of a startup in its early days: Technology, Product, Go-to-market and Funding. The programme puts the entrepreneur at the centre, allowing startups to build their own personalised programme from the AWS Startup Loft Accelerator session and content offer.
A new cohort is started almost every month, and enrolments are examined on an ongoing basis.
The AWS Startup Loft Accelerator offers an extensive catalogue of curated content: in-depth technical workshops, round tables with investors and professional advisors, chats with founders and networking events. All are hosted virtually and open for registration to AWS Startup Loft Accelerator participants only.
How will AWS determine who is accepted to take part in the programme?
We look at the team, the market and the idea - in that order. We choose high-potential founders who are proposing products that solve real problems or create significant innovations. We are more likely to accept companies with two or more founders, as we believe that having several founders increases the skill set. Nothing is too early. We accept companies with just one idea, one dream or one customer.
