Jasiri Talent Investor invests in and focuses on individuals before companies, teams, or ideas. The program guides selected Jasiri fellows through all phases of business creation, from ideation to formal business establishment.

Ideal candidate
- They are driven and committed to building an innovative, high-growth venture from the ground up.
- It has a demonstrable history of achievement and entrepreneurial action, which means:
- It is able to identify opportunities and gaps in an area of interest.
- He has a track record of achievements and proven impact wherever he has focused his attention.
- Has significant knowledge and experience in a field or industry.
- He's a team player and is excited to meet equally ambitious co-founders.
- This refers to a citizen of Ethiopia, Kenya, or Rwanda residing in that country, or a member of the diaspora.
- You commit to fully and actively participating in the Talent Investor Program for 14 months, including 3 months of Residential Intensive in Rwanda.
