Trails offered: Participants can choose between three different tracks aligned with their aspirations:

1. Business and Entrepreneurship: Adapted for emerging entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs who want to occupy leadership positions in the private sector or launch their ventures in Africa.
2. Civil Society Management: Aimed at individuals who are engaged or aspire to be civically involved, serving the public through NGOs, community organisations or volunteering.
3. Public Policy and Management: Tailored for those working or aspiring to work in government, regional organisations, international bodies or think tanks.

Cohort 47 selection process (Online): Selection for Cohort 47 (Online) follows an open competition based on merit. Here's how it works:

• All eligible applications undergo a thorough analysis by a selection panel.
• The shortlisted candidates face interviews before the final selection is made.
• Assessment criteria include demonstrated leadership, community service, teamwork, social and communication skills and a commitment to applying the skills acquired for the development of the community and the country.
