About the Scholarship Programme
The scholarship programme is tailored to dynamic development professionals who hold senior management or technical leadership positions. Ideal candidates include:
- Team leaders, party bosses, MPs, directors
- MSD or PSE Managers, Partnership Directors
- Monitoring, evaluation and learning managers
Election criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 12 years in the field.

- Professional Engagement: You must be working on a development programme with a local or international organisation, or as an independent consultant.
