• HF particularly invests in and will prioritise organisations that:
    • They lead and serve communities indigenous and/or black majority
    • Have at least 50% of leadership positions held by women (employees and/or board members). If an organisation does not have this, HF will request a written plan detailing how they can achieve 50% women's leadership during their time working together. HF will be happy to assist in the development of this plan whenever requested.
    • Organisations located in the Americas (North, Central, South) and island nations anywhere in the world that are highly susceptible to the impacts of the climate change (for example, Caribbean , Indonesia , Vanuatu , Madagascar etc.)
