Eligibility requirements
- Delegates must be between 18 and 32 years old
- Proven track record of leadership experience, school or community involvement
- Interest in global affairs, sustainable development and youth issues
- Proficient in English (Intermediate Level)

Shape the concept and theme of the 28th Youth Assembly!
The Concept and Theme of the Youth Assembly will be decided through a collaborative process with young people from all over the world. A Youth Advisory Council representing all regions of the world will be formed to discuss young people's priorities for the Sustainable Development Goals. Young people will also be invited to provide input on the issues most important to them through a survey. We will conclude with a youth-led webinar aimed at creating concrete priority areas for the 28th Youth Assembly in 2023.
