Deadline: 9 February 2024
Applications are now open for the 11th Heidelberg Laureate Forum 2024 for Outstanding Young Researchers in Mathematics and Computer Science. The 11th HLF will take place from 22 to 27 September 2024. This outstanding and versatile event combines scientific, social and outreach activities in a unique atmosphere fuelled by comprehensive exchange and scientific inspiration. Laureate lectures and discussions as well as various interactive elements of the programme are some of the key elements of the Forum, which are delivered in an environment that offers space and time for unrestricted exchange.
Over the course of the week-long event, young researchers will have the chance to network and exchange ideas with their peers - 200 of the brightest minds in maths and computer science. They will also have the exclusive opportunity to connect deeply with their scientific role models and gain valuable insights by interacting with the laureates in an informal, unmediated setting.

The Heidelberg Laureate Forum Foundation (HLFF) organises the annual Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF), a networking conference where 200 outstanding young researchers in mathematics and computer science interact with the winners of the most renowned prizes in their fields. The HLFF was created and is funded by the German foundation Klaus Tschira Stiftung (KTS), which promotes natural sciences, maths and computer science. The HLF's scientific partners are the Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies (HITS) and the University of Heidelberg. The HLF is strongly supported by the awarding institutions: the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the International Mathematical Union (IMU) and the Norwegian Academy of Sciences and Letters (DNVA).
