The Center for New South Policy (PCNS) is organizing the 11th edition of the Atlantic Dialogues Conference, a high-level conference that brings together influential leaders from the public and private sectors across the Atlantic basin for an open and informal discussion on transregional issues.
Because we believe it is crucial to involve young leaders in policymaking and narrative formation, the PCNS encourages intergenerational dialogue during and beyond the conference, among leading experts, senior officials, and high-potential change agents, through its Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program.
The ADEL program takes place two days before the Atlantic Dialogues conference. Every year, this program brings together 30 to 50 young leaders from across the Atlantic basin and Africa. In 2022, 30 young professionals will be selected to participate in the 2022 Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program.
The ADEL program will take place from December 11 to 14, 2022 in Marrakech, Morocco. Emerging Leaders will then join the Atlantic Dialogues Conference from December 14 to 16.

Who can apply?
Young leaders from across the Atlantic basin and Africa who have demonstrated leadership and initiative in their fields; who want to contribute to shaping the regional and global agenda in politics, finance, business, and civil society; who are eager to network with their peers and elders; and who seek to foster and strengthen ties across the Atlantic.

- 25-35 years old, on May 13, 2022
- Citizens of countries located in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean – priority will be given to citizens of countries bordering the Atlantic Basin.
- Citizens of other countries who reside in countries within the regions listed above.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language in your personal statement and short video.
- Candidates must guarantee their availability for the entire duration of this six-day program, which will take place from December 11 to 16 in Marrakech, Morocco.
