YOUTH-LED SOLUTIONS FOR THE EU YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FUND THROUGH THE GLOBAL YOUTH MOBILISATION OPEN CALL 2024

The European Union, in partnership with the Global Youth Mobilisation (GYM), an initiative of the world's largest youth organisations - the "Big Six" - is launching the OPEN INVITATION for applications to the EU YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FUND THROUGH GLOBAL YOUTH MOBILISATION, open until 21st July . This call aims to fund innovative local ideas from young people that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their communities.
The Open Call will support, through micro-grants, community projects by individual young people or groups of young people tackling sustainable development challenges in their local communities. The initiative aims to increase the participation of under-represented young people, including those from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds, those facing gender equality issues or young people with disabilities. Individual young people and informal groups can receive funding ranging from 500 and 1,500 euros while registered youth organisations are eligible to receive between 3,000 and 5,000 euros.
