Registration for the Leaders of Tomorrow 2024 Digital Exchange Programme are now open. Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT) is an online exchange programme for international young people aged 14 to 17 (teenagers) and 18 to 24 (young adults). The main theme for 2024 is Peace. Through dialogue sessions, video calls and online workshops, participants will have the opportunity to learn about cultural diversity and understand different mentalities.
The programme aims to promote mutual understanding and cooperation between young people on an international level, providing a platform for participants to step out of their comfort zones and learn about other cultures, traditions and languages. Through this programme, they hope to improve problem-solving skills, critical thinking and raise young people's awareness of their potential as leaders and ambassadors for peace.

- Open to young people from all over the world.
- Be between 14 and 17 years old (teenagers) and between 18 and 24 years old (young adults).
- Proficiency in English for speaking, writing and listening.
- Constant internet access during the week.
- You can devote around 4 to 5 hours a week to the programme.
- Applicants are NOT eligible to apply if they have already taken part in an exchange programme before or if they will be taking part in an exchange programme in the summer of 2024.
