e3 technology concession categories
- The Echo360 e3 Tech Grants will award up to 20 recipients with cash or software grants of US$2,000 in cash or up to US$5,000 in software in each of the program's two categories:
- EcoImpact Grant
- EchoImpact Grants support instructors and researchers who are currently using Echo360 solutions to empirically improve student outcomes. Applications will be accepted from teaching, training, and research professionals interested in developing and measuring effective practices using any of Echo360's educational products.
- Each winning entry will receive US$2,000 in cash to support a project of their choice.
- Full funding to join your peers in a 2-day in-person workshop (including flights, meals, and accommodation) to discuss the adoption of Echo360 at your institution.
- EcoInnovation Grant
- EchoInnovation Grants provide software solutions to help teachers and trainers develop innovative practices that improve learning engagement. By putting together a package of technology-based learning supports, applicants can describe how they plan to improve outcomes, whether for face-to-face, online, or both types of students.
- Each winning entry will be able to use Echo360 interactive software up to the value of US$$ 5,000 from the following products: EchoVideo, EchoAuthor, EchoEngage, or EchoExam. Note: For some software options, IT and organizational administration must provide access for integrations to ensure full access to the platforms is available.
- EcoImpact Grant
How are grant awards determined?
- Grants will be awarded based on how the applicant addresses at least one of the following areas in software implementation or impact measurement:
- Equity
- All students have equal opportunities to get involved and excel.
- Engagement
- Everyone learns best when they participate actively.
- Evidence
- Commitment to measuring progress and results empirically.
- Equity
Election criteria
- Applications will be accepted from organizations that offer learning opportunities. Eligibility includes elementary and secondary schools, colleges/universities, companies and non-profit organizations. Applications can come from individuals interested in fulfilling the e3 principles, whether as a research or implementation project. There are no entry fees and no purchase is required. Commitments and guarantees will be required for both grants.
