OVERVIEW OF THE LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

The LEAD Fellowship 2024-2025 programme will consist of a 12-month virtual curriculum with a 4-week face-to-face experience in spring 2025. Throughout the fellowship year, fellows will participate in individual leadership coaching, mentoring and executive education. courses, speaking events, leadership workshops and networking.

Harvard LEAD Fellows have the autonomy to create their own personalised leadership development curricula. They are connected to world-class professors and senior mentors who provide instruction and guidance aligned to the Fellows' specific interests and goals. LEAD Fellows also engage in customised leadership training programmes as a group and have opportunities for lectures, networking and independent project work. Each year, fellows graduate from the programme having built a network of colleagues and mentors across Harvard University. The fellowship experience specifically aims to offer global health leaders time to reflect, connect and explore uncharted territory.
