At UNICEF, we believe in the power of young minds to shape the future. We are excited to launch the pilot of our Leading Minds Fellowship, with a focus on climate breakthroughs. This six-month programme is designed to empower young climate leaders like you to drive change and make a positive impact.

What is the Brotherhood?

The Leading Minds Fellowship is an intensive part-time programme that aims to harness the talents of young climate leaders. As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to shape the agenda of UNICEF's Leading Minds Conference, a global platform for innovative leadership on pressing issues facing children and young people.

What are you going to do?

As a selected fellow, you will contribute to the Leading Minds Conference by sharing your innovative ideas and perspectives on climate change. Whether you've led local climate projects, contributed to global initiatives or launched environmental startups, your experience is valuable. We're looking for individuals who can interact with youth networks, carry out research and advocate for change.
