Applications are now open for the Merck Group Innovation Cup 2024 . The Innovation Cup is an initiative for postgraduate students in natural sciences, computer science and business administration to take part in a training programme near Frankfurt, Germany.
As part of the Innovation Cup, the selected candidates take part in a week-long summer camp to work together in a highly stimulating environment.

The Innovation Cup summer camp will take place from 20 to 26 July 2024 near Frankfurt, Germany. Your travelling expenses, accommodation and meals are paid for by Merck.

Eligibility
- Open to postgraduate students in the life sciences pursuing a doctorate in biology, medicine, biotechnology, bioinformatics, computer science, data science, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related areas.
- Post-doctoral students can also apply, as can advanced MBA students or recent MBA graduates with an interest in the pharmaceutical business and a background in life sciences.
- This programme is not open to health professionals.
Application
The application deadline for the 2024 Innovation Cup is 31 January 2024. Applicants will be informed about the next steps by the beginning of March. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to submit their idea in early April and be selected for a team in early May.
