Fully-funded applications for the King Fahd University Scholarship 2024 are now open for autumn 2024. King Fahd University welcomes students from 28 different countries each year. National and international students are encouraged to apply for the KFUPM scholarship for international students. The university will be responsible for covering all the expenses of successful applicants. ELIGIBILITY
For Master's programmes:
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher of 4.0 or equivalent and a GPA of 3.00 in the main subjects of the area are required.
- Applicants must submit their English proficiency test scores. Details on English proficiency requirements are also provided in this article below.
- Applicants must fulfil the scholarship requirements of King Fahd University and any additional requirements of the department or university.
For Doctoral Programmes:
- Candidates for the doctorate must have a master's degree (after a bachelor's degree) in engineering or science.
- International applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent in both their bachelor's and master's degrees.
- Applicants must submit their English proficiency test scores. Details on English proficiency requirements are also provided in this article below.
- Applicants must fulfil any additional requirements of the department or university.
For MBA programmes:
- Applicants must have completed an undergraduate course at a recognised institution and hold a bachelor's degree.
- A GPA* of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
- Candidates must have at least one higher-level calculation, covering both differentiation and integration.
- Applicants must submit their English proficiency test scores. Details on English proficiency requirements are also provided in this article below.
- Candidates must have computer knowledge as evidenced by at least one course in these areas, e.g. data processing, programming, information systems, etc.
- Applicants must have at least one year of full-time professional experience. However, this requirement may be waived for research assistants, graduate assistants and candidates with exceptional academic records.
- Applicants must fulfil any additional requirements of the department or university.
