ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates applying for a bachelor's degree must have a secondary school leaving certificate.
- Applicants must have an excellent academic record.
- Candidates applying for a master's degree must have a bachelor's degree.
- Candidates for the doctorate must have a master's degree.
- Candidates applying for a single-level or non-degree programme must have a certificate of student status issued by the sending/source university.
- The responsible authorities in the sending partner countries must nominate candidates.
