Merit-based selection
The selection process for Cohort 46 (in-person) is an open, merit-based competition. We believe in giving all deserving candidates an equal opportunity to participate. Here's how the selection process works:
- Application reviewAll eligible applications will be carefully reviewed by our selection panel. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential.
- Selection of pre-selected candidates: The pre-selected candidates Candidates will be selected based on their demonstrated leadership in public service, business and entrepreneurship, or civic engagement. If you are actively involved in public or community service, volunteering, or mentoring, you are exactly who we are looking for.
- InterviewsShortlisted candidates will undergo interviews to better assess their suitability for the program. We are interested in individuals who can work effectively in diverse groups, respect differing opinions, and possess strong social and communication skills.
- Positive AttitudeAn energetic and positive attitude is highly valued in our program. We believe that an optimistic outlook can drive positive change.
- SpecializationSuccessful candidates will demonstrate knowledge, interest, and professional experience in their chosen sector/track. Whether it's business and entrepreneurship, civil society management, or public policy and management, we're here to help you enhance your skills.
- CommitmentMost importantly, we are looking for candidates who are committed to applying their leadership and training skills to benefit their country and community after completing the program. Your dedication to making a difference is what sets you apart.
