The AUC Women, Gender and Youth Directorate is organising the 4th Specialised Technical Commission on Youth, Culture and Sports in May 2023. As part of the STC, the AUC Youth Division will organise a Pre-STC Youth Forum with youth experts and youth organisations to review the AU Youth Development and Empowerment Policy Framework from 2024 to 2029. This technical session will provide highlights and recommended areas for the next five years on youth development and empowerment across the African continent. Please complete the forms below if you wish to be considered as a participant in the Pre-STC Youth Forum on 19 May 2023. A group of technical experts and judges will analyse the application and contact you if you are selected.

When: The STC will take place on 19 May 2023

Who: The STC on Youth, Culture and Sports (STC-YCS4) will be convened by the African Union Commission's Directorate for Women, Gender and Youth.

Purpose: The aim of the 4th Specialised Technical Committee on Youth, Culture and Sports is to provide highlights and recommended areas for the next five years on youth development and empowerment across the African continent.
