The Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance is pleased to announce the HISA Egypt Dialogue 2023. This unique dialogue will bring together young leaders, policy experts, & government representatives to explore and learn global governance, policy making, cybersecurity & public administration. This four-day programme will enrich the participant with an ability to understand how global governance can be analysed.
The HISA 2023 youth dialogue is focused on developing governance and public management skills, as well as exposing our participants to in-depth learning about creating safe digital spaces and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement between young leaders and governments.
The aim and purpose of HED 2023 is to create a safe and positive margin where young people can flourish. Young people need safe spaces to come together and immerse themselves in activities based on their interests, and to participate in decision-making processes. Digital platforms must be free of cyberbullying, so in this 4-day dialogue, we aim to raise awareness among the participants of the HISA Egypt Dialogue of the very real problem of online violence and cyberbullying, as it is essential to create safe online spaces for people to feel comfortable sharing their ideas.

Who can join the HISA Egypt Dialogue?
Delegations of governors, ministers of state, legislators, UN officials, researchers, global academics and youth delegates will gather in the city of peace.
HISA will select 30 fully-funded delegates who will travel to Egypt to participate in the HISA Egypt Dialogue. Their airfares, accommodation, meals, airport transfers and access to the dialogue will be sponsored by HISA.
Any student, professional, social or health worker, volunteer or young leader from any background can apply.
HISA Egypt 2023 Dialogue Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be over 18 years of age.
- The candidate must be able to communicate in English.
- People from all backgrounds can apply.
- Passionate about contributing to the development of new ideas.
How to apply for the HISA Egypt Dialogue?
- Candidates must apply via the official website.
- Fill in the HED 2023 registration form.
- It is necessary to provide basic information, including name, date of birth, address, and other related details.
- Upload your photo and pictorial representation of your past social work.
- Fill in the Scholarships section if you are applying for a fully-funded place.
- The HISA programme team will contact the shortlisted candidates for further assessment, based on the motivation shown in the application.
- The list of Fully Funded Delegates will be announced on 30 January 2023.
