O Aspire Institutefounded at Harvard University, leads the Aspire Leaders Programme. This programme is for students who come from adverse social and financial backgrounds. Students who are the first in their families to attend university and who are currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree programme can apply for the first cycle of the Aspire Leaders Programme for the 2023 academic year. The application cycle will open on 16 November 2022.

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates and applications must fulfil the following eligibility criteria. Candidates must be:
- Between the ages of 18-26
- From low-income backgrounds
- The family's first student to attend university
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree programme
Programme schedule
Candidates who apply on time will start going through five stages. Students who complete one or all of the five stages will earn competences and certificates. Finalists will have virtual access to the course for 4-5 months after the application deadline.
