Applications are now open for the McKinsey & Company Women's Global Operations Summit 2021. McKinsey believes passionately in developing outstanding women leaders and promoting gender diversity, both in its company and in the world at large.

They invite you to broaden your horizons at the Women's Global Operations Virtual Summit, which takes place from 3 to 4 March 2021. Those selected to participate will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about McKinsey's global work in operations.
- Engage with McKinsey Operations consultants and meet other like-minded women from around the world.
- Strengthen your operations skills through interactive workshops and customer case studies.
Eligibility
They are looking for individuals who self-identify as women and fulfil at least one of the following requirements:
- Professionals who have engineering or business experience and (initial) work experience in operations - for example, manufacturing, supply chain management, product development, purchasing, service operations, implementation, capital excellence, advanced analysis or quality management.
- Students working towards a master's degree, an MBA or a PhD, with a background in engineering or business.

Application
Your application must include a CV in English. No cover letter is required and transcripts are optional.
Applications must be submitted by 3 February 2021. They will report on the outcome of their application to the Women's Global Operations Summit by 17 February 2021.
